How does QT affect coupon issuance? QT is the reduction in the Fed's balance sheet (just roll-off, yeah?), and coupon issuance is the bond issuance of the Treasury. It's not clear to me how the Fed's Treasuries maturing affect how much issuance Ms Yellen does.
I think it is very clear what Yellen wants, Biden to be re-elected, and she will do everything in her considerable power to make it so. we shall see if that is enough
