Nearly a month ago, we called for “The End of American Exceptionalism” and got laughed at by Consensus (see here for Part I, Part II & Part III).
Fast forward to today, and everyone is calling for the End of American Exceptionalism. We went from being Contrarians, to becoming Consensus ourselves.
Should we now be calling for “The End of The End of American Exceptionalism”?!
Not so fast!!!
Investors are currently suffering from acute “Bag7-itis”, where they are desperately trying to call the bottom in the BAG7™️.
In doing so, they are confusing a possible “Tradeable Low” vs a “REGIME CHANGE” in the Markets.
