If you can stomach the site, zerohedge also posts Goldman's stuff consistently. The paywalled ZH content can be viewed by pasting the article URL into a site like archive.ph

For me the explanantion is:

we now have daily nav funds that are CTAs so they can replicate. Why someone would buy CTAs? Well, in the past they were good diversifier so people simply buy them....

CTAs are mostly trend followers right? They tend to get whipsawed most of the time but every now and then have banger years like 2022 when big trends materialise
