I can’t count how many opportunities I’ve missed over the years. Heck, I can’t even count the ones I missed in 2025! Below, we’ll discuss just two of them, and then we will go through a new event trade that emerged from reminiscing on these two missed opportunities:
CRWV: Coreweave is a cloud computing provider focused on delivering infrastructure for AI. When it IPO’ed at $40 per share, the IPO was “botched” and “broke strike” early on i.e. it briefly traded below its IPO price. Back then, I took a little trade at $40, then sold it at $43 and felt good, like a little monkey. Adrenaline and all that. The stock proceeded to rally +360% without me 🥹.
