Once again a masterpiece and loved the max stupid exhibits. A Finnish fintwit guy hkeskiva posted most stupid excesses in 2021 but has been hinting a new version of max stupid exhibits in 2024..👍
Insider Trading should always be taken with a pinch of salt. It's important to have our own view/thesis about what a company's intrinsic value is. Jeff could have 10 ventures up in the air right now and he knows when to take some chips off the proverbial table. When valuation is richXrich, why not sell some? It's not like optionality for AMZN right now is so massive! (in my view)
But in the case of say Reed Hastings and NFLX, he was selling stock TWENTY years ago.. And the optionality lost there WAS massive. I don't know how rich Reed would be if he kept his stock...
I talked about the mistakes of many investors on the podcast with Brandon Beylo of Value Hive. People can find it easily.
I am becoming big fan of shrubstack, although I wonder if I am the only one wanting to give it a heart even before reading the article. Thank you Mr. Shrub.

I know FinTwit has a goldfish memory but please add Zuckerberg to Exhibit #3.
He sold a bit earlier, but he knows the worth of $META better than anyone.
